Domaine plaisance penavayre's main cuvée is a real beauty. It gives pride of place to the négrette grape variety. Here, the recipe is simple: work the vines as closely as possible to the terroir, without fertilizers or weedkillers, favoring natural products, and harvest a very ripe, very healthy, sorted crop. A sure bet! The 2021 vintage is best appreciated today. It will continue to soften and do wonders for at least another 5 years. 68% négrette, 24% syrah, 8% cabernet franc. Highest terrace in the Tarn at around 200 m altitude. Soils are alluvial, composed mainly of pebbles, gravel and silt. 60,000 bottles per year. Each grape variety is vinified individually, and aged for 18 months.
