In a few words ...
Intense freshness, with aromas of quince, apricot and ripe pineapple. 25-year-old vines. Extremely rigorous vineyard management. Everything is done by hand. Preserving nature and respecting the terroir are our priorities. Hand-picked in small crates in mid-November (1st sorting). Direct pressing. Fermentation in 1- and 2-wine barrels. 10 months in barrels, then 6 months in vats. Bottling takes place after 2 winters.

Powerful and complex, the nose evokes dried and candied fruits enveloped in finely toasted and toasted scents.
