In a few words ...
35% Viognier, 35% Roussanne, 30% Petit Manseng. Viognier produces wines of great finesse, fragrance and richness. Roussanne produces wines of excellent quality, especially after 2 to 3 years' ageing. Petit Manseng is capable of concentrating sugars in its berries while retaining extremely high acidity. It naturally produces highly aromatic, top-quality wines. Once fermentation is complete, this subtle, powerful wine is stirred and aged on fine lees for several months.

Pale yellow, luminous, with silvery highlights.
Aroma
Nose of honeysuckle and lightly toasted flowers such as acacia. Notes of white-fleshed fruit (pear, peach).
