A caviar made in France from Dordogne, from the Siberian sturgeon Acipenser Baerii, between 7 and 10 years old. A solitary pleasure, to be shared by two or with the whole family! The grain is medium-sized, with a melt-in-the-mouth texture and shades of color ranging from black to light gray. It is finely iodized, with buttery, nutty flavors.
