Our Grande Cuvée blanc is a blend of Rolle and Clairette, with Rolle predominating. Half of the blend completes fermentation in French oak barrels, 1/3 of which are new, then matures on the lees for 10 months.
Tasting notes
Appearance
Pale golden yellow with silvery highlights.
Aroma
The nose reveals a bouquet of spices, particularly pepper, mixed with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit and a hint of toast.
