In a few words ...
Available in both red and white, this cuvée comes from the estate's finest terroirs, those with the healthiest water management. These are plots with the best exposure to the climate, with soils that drain well and are deep enough to build up a sufficiently large water reserve so that the plant does not suffer from summer drought. As a result, the grapes ripen very evenly, offering an excellent balance between tannin quality, acidity and aroma. This balance enables us to work even harder on the grapes (long maceration) and on the wine (long barrel ageing).
