Hand-picked. Sorted harvest. All grape varieties destemmed. Vatting lasts 30 days. Aged in stainless steel vats. To give the wine time to open up, it is bottled is bottled 18 months after harvest. This is the "classic" Faugères par excellence.

Appearance
It has an intense red color with purplish highlights.
Aroma
Its complex nose features notes of garrigue, juniper and gunflint.
Taste
A frank, spicy attack, the palate is tender, harmonious and fruity. Well-balanced, with a round, sweet, liquorice finish.
