The Hérisson Malin cuvée, presented here as a Vin de france rouge, is made exclusively from Merlot. This grape variety, typical of the Bordeaux region, is grown here by Jacques Frelin in organic agriculture. This cuvée is very fruity, with typical Merlot aromas, resulting in a round, gourmet wine that has been a success for many years. Frelin's commitment to organic farming since the 1980s also guarantees its qualities, as do the estate's numerous awards. This cuvée Hérisson malin won a silver medal at the Anivin competition.

A priori unpretentious, this wine surprises, with a vinous nose and an attack that confirms the vinous character of organic wines. Then the roundness settles in, the present tannins weigh down and lead to very good length. Notes of very ripe red fruit, a rustic feel on the palate, a few roasted notes and a light citrus acidity... A lovely cocktail, excellent value for money and a pleasure to drink.
