In a few words ...

Light straw-yellow color. Clean, intense fragrance with citrus and floral notes, rich taste. Fresh, fruity and delicate character on the palate. After harvest, the grapes are immediately pressed and separated from the skins to avoid any discoloration due to grayish and reddish skins. After gentle, rapid pressing, the must is fermented for 15-20 days at a controlled temperature of 17-18°c. The wine is then bottled. The wine is kept at 18-20°c in separate stainless steel tanks until bottling. The casa vinicola botter winery was founded in 1928 by carlo botter in fossalta di piave, 30 km northeast of venice. With the arrival of the second generation, the founder's sons arnaldo, enzo and giovanni in 1958, the wines were marketed in bottles. Today, botter is run by the third generation of different family tribes, and exports account for around 90% of production in over 40 countries. The wines are accessible to a wide public and offer excellent value for money. Allergene:enthält sulfite
