This extra-dry organic prosecco is made from 100% organic glera, grapes grown without the use of chemicals or synthetic fertilizers. The first and second fermentations take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is vinified separately to ensure its purity. This sparkling prosecco is distinguished by creamy, persistent bubbles that combine acacia scents with generous notes of golden apple, pineapple and orange. In 1887, love and passion for the land led master winemaker Francesco Mionetto to open a winery in the gently rolling hills of Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Prosecco vineyards. Over the course of its century-long history, mionetto has established itself as the region's flagship, and has become one of the leading prosecco producers on the international scene. Passion, tradition and excellence are the core values of this house with its inimitable style.
