Tuscan Asinone is vinified from 80% prugnolo gentile and 20% merlot. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels, then refined for 8 months in bottle. The wine is ruby red with violet highlights. The bouquet is intense, with notes of plum and cocoa. This sophisticated wine for special occasions goes very well with veal and beef, as well as game dishes and mature cheeses. The wine has potential for many years. Allergene:enthält sulfite
