The classico method, long ageing on lees and special base wines give rotari unique and irreplaceable characteristics. All rotari sparkling wines feature a unique style: fresh, fragrant and elegant, they are the ideal accompaniment to Italian and international cuisine. Produced from hand-harvested Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown in the traditional rolling vineyards of Trentino. The grapes are harvested early, allowing the pinot noir to give the bouquet typical red berry notes and the taste structure and fullness.
