Deep crimson red and complex bouquet with an intense perfume of violets, spicy aromas of forest fruits, mocha (dark chocolate, coffee) and obvious mineral notes. Silky texture, excellent structure with round, smooth tannins, perfect balance on the palate, very pleasant and incredibly long - a truly authentic expression of the Mendoza terroir! The kaiken ultra malbec grapes are gently fermented, then the young wine is aged for twelve months in 100% French oak barrels. To preserve as much of its original flavor as possible, kaiken is only lightly filtered before bottling. Best enjoyed with strong meat dishes, spicy sauces, strong cheeses and chocolate desserts.
