This liqueur is produced by Domaine Jean-Marc Roulot, an estate located in Burgundy, France, which grows its produce using organic farming methods. It comes in a 50 cl bottle with an alcohol content of 25%. It has an almost caramel-like appearance, and a delicate nose of ripe apricot with hints of spice. The palate is perfectly balanced and fruity. Domaine Jean-Marc Roulot is a family estate dating back to the 19th century. In 1988, Jean Marc Roulot took over the estate and began producing organic products. Since then, the estate has been considered one of Meursault's finest winemakers. The apricots used to produce Abricot du Roulot come from Laurent Combier's orchards in the Northern Rhône. The apricots are selected for their quality and ripeness, and then blended with other ingredients to create a rich, flavorful blend. Abricot du Roulot is a sweet, fruity liqueur, perfect for an aperitif or a tart. Its rich, complex taste is an excellent way to finish a meal. It's also a perfect drink for winter evenings, offering a warmth and softness that will warm and comfort.
