Our Touraine Rouge is a blend of Gamay and Cabernet Franc. A "buddy" wine as we like them, with an attractive, energetic label. La Java des Grandes Espérances is the symbol of the lightness and festive spirit we want to instill in our wines. You'll discover a fruity, easy-drinking wine. Grapes from Gamay and Cabernet Franc vines are cold-macerated for 4 days to obtain a very fruity, concentrated juice. Fermentation takes place at 20°C, with daily pump-overs during the first half of fermentation, to delicately extract tannins, color and aromas.

Appearance
This beautiful Touraine red wine has an intense ruby color.
Aroma
The nose is an explosion of ripe red fruit: strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant, which carry through to the palate.
