Appearance
Deep garnet color with many tears.
Aroma
Quite aromatic, very diversified bouquet. The velvety nose reveals the marriage of barrel with spicy notes, garrigue, black olives, cistus and black berries. Aromas of licorice with delicate kirsch notes.
Taste
Concentrated mouthfeel thanks to the structuring tannins of the Syrah and Carignan blend. Fresh, generous first taste.
