In a few words ...
Made predominantly from Chardonnay grapes, La Naine Blanche is vinified and aged like a "little Burgundy" in this region best known for its Sauvignon and Chenin wines. A Naine Blanche is a small, very dense and luminous star, which perfectly expresses how one feels when discovering this wine. The grapes for our La Naine Blanche cuvée come mainly from Chardonnay vines. They are harvested by hand at optimum ripeness. Only the berries that are the most golden from the sun are selected to enhance their aromatic power. Pressing is slow and delicate. The settled juices are then poured into barrels, where they ferment and mature for several months. The wine is stirred regularly to suspend the fine lees and give body and substance to the cuvée.

"La Naine Blanche" has an attractive pale gold color. Enthusiasts will find the aromas of Chardonnay enveloped by the lighter flavors of ageing.

On the nose, white flowers, citrus fruit and juicy fruit express themselves nicely.
