In a few words ...
After working in various vineyards in the southwest and Bordeaux, aliette and patrick fell in love with jean-marie alary's domaine and bought it in 2014 when he retired. Situated in the northern foothills of the Pyrenees in Caudiès de Fenouillèdes at an altitude of over 350 m, the terroir offers a wide variety of soils, from schistose albian marl to silty soils laden with pebbles (limestone, granite pebbles, quartz, schist...). Today, the entire vineyard is farmed organically, with a total of 10 ha planted with 50% white grapes (only Chardonnay, the first planted in the department 30 years ago) and red grapes (Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot).
