The wines in this cuvée come from planted in the northern and southern and southern regions of Occitanie on clay-limestone soils. The different macroclimates enrich the blend with complementary expressions of Malbec. Harvesting at technological maturity. Cold vinification with 72 hours maceration. Alcoholic fermentation in to obtain a light color color and low tannin content.
