In a few words ...
Alicante is an old grape variety to be rediscovered, up to 70% in Le Méridional. Five generations of winemakers have succeeded one another on this terroir, and today we continue to make wine like our forebears. Our grapes are selected and harvested by us, yields are low and vinification is traditional. Traditional vinification using separate grape varieties, followed by 6 months in vats for the Alicante and 6 months in oak barrels for the Syrah.
