It is part of the range of wines that the vic family has been producing for 5 generations on a 250-hectare estate. the characteristics of this terroir made of gravel and basalt is one of the best in the languedoc allowing the vines an ideal development giving quality grapes for red, rosé, and white wine.
the wine:this extraordinary wine is made from grenache, cinsault and cabernet sauvignon. with an attractive red fruit taste, generous, juicy and infinitely smooth tannins, it's a good example of the new quality of wines coming out of the languedoc. What's more, with its elegant presentation and excellent value for money,
aging and food pairing:the ease with which this red wine can be enjoyed makes it a beverage to be savored in its youth. It should be enjoyed within the first 2 to 3 years after production. It can be enjoyed on its own without difficulty, but could just as easily accompany white meat and grace everyday dishes such as spaghetti bolognaise or quiche loraine.
