Our Touraine rosé is undeniably a Cabernet Franc rosé that's both delicious and delicate. A "buddy" wine as we like them, with an attractive, energetic label. The "Plumes" are the symbol of the lightness and festive spirit we want to instill in our wines. You'll discover a wine that's greedy, fruity and easy to drink. Typical of Touraine, the Cabernet Franc grapes used in the "Les plumes Rosé" cuvée undergo a 4-hour pellicular maceration in the press to extract all the Cabernet's aromatic potential. Pressing is gentle, and fermentation is thermoregulated at 16°C to preserve aromas. The rosé wine is matured on fine lees, with regular batonnage (stirring of the lees) to bring out the wine's richness and fullness.

"Les plumes rosé" is a Cabernet Franc rosé with a lovely salmon color.

The nose is very pleasant, revealing crisp, fresh raspberry and redcurrant fruit.
