Assembly : merlot: 61%, cabernet sauvignon: 39%. the estate : All the plot-by-plot work carried out in the vineyard, during berry tasting and harvesting, continues in the vat room. 70 temperature-controlled stainless steel vats of different sizes enable us to produce "made-to-measure" wines. Vinification is carried out with the utmost respect for the raw material. Each step is designed to reveal the expression of the terroir, and seeks to create a distinctive Montrose style. vatting, which lasts a maximum of 25 days, is carried out with respect for the fruit and the material. During run-off, all batches are kept separate, so that the full diversity of vat profiles is available for blending. The marcs are meticulously pressed, then lowered into barrels and selected. The noblest presses join the grand vin. the wine : the nose: fresh and slightly toasted palate: round and fleshy.
