Les hauts de laborie du mas de janiny is an organic AOP Languedoc Grès de Montpellier wine made from a blend of grenache, syrah and carignan. It boasts a beautiful deep red color with purple highlights and a magnificent, expressive bouquet of toasted, candied, black fruit and licorice notes. On the palate, there's great aromatic complexity. A full-bodied, fleshy wine with fine tannins, to be served with lamb, roast beef, quail or duck roasted with porcini mushrooms, not forgetting the cheese platter. A real favorite.
