Les pentes douces is a blend of Vermentino, Sauvignon blanc and Grenache blanc. The parcels selected are the best slopes with the oldest vines. The grapes are harvested by hand. Aged in oak barrels for 6 months, with 15% new barrels. This cuvée presents fruity aromas with a hint of spice.
