Pale yellow in color with golden highlights, it has a fresh bouquet with notes of peach, apricot and mirabelle plum. On the palate, it's full-bodied and finely mineralized. This fruity Languedoc wine is perfect with Caesar salad, lamb curry, asparagus, chicken breast with cream sauce and a cheese platter of Beaufort and Comté cheeses.
