Superbly aromatic, the Chardonnay vines express themselves marvelously well on this exceptional terroir. Selective harvesting in the early hours of the morning to preserve the natural freshness of the fruit. Immediately drained and pressed. Fermented for 3 weeks at 16/18C. Aged in barrels.
