Marsanne is used to make dry white wines, as well as more confidential sparkling wines. They are characterized by their elegance. Medium to low acidity, with fine aromas. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats (15° to 20°). Aged for several months in vats. Contact with air is avoided. Early bottling.

Appearance
With its lovely pale yellow color, this wine is very subtle and full of nuances.
Aroma
Its fruity flavors of peach and apricot jam are accompanied by scents of white flowers (daisy, acacia flower, white nettle, lily), and even red flowers (rose, peony). A touch of herbal tea (tea, lime blossom) rounds out the fragrance.

The palate is relatively rich, round, with very little acidity. Finishes with honey, caramel and straw.
