Color: bright, dark ruby red Odor: on the nose, intense, fruity aromas of dark forest berries (blueberries, blackberries), underlined by fine notes of herbs and spices Taste: on the palate, balanced and harmonious, with a gentle balance of dark and spicy fruit, ripe, supple tannins and elegant oak notes on the finish in the cellar, the grapes are first crushed for six days, then fermented over ten days at controlled temperatures of 25 to 26°c in stainless steel tanks. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wines are transferred to French and American oak barrels and aged for nine months. All batches are then blended to form the mas rabell tempranillo blend, which is then kept for a few more months to round out and finish harmoniously before being bottled in April and marketed the same year.
