The 2019 vintage has a warm, sunny profile. Typical Sauvignon notes are present on the first nose, ending with subtle iodine nuances. The palate, meanwhile, is more generous, with opulence due to the vintage effect. Bitters emerge behind a rich, voluminous body, while retaining a slightly acidic character. A Sauvignon with a very Menetou-Salon character that has become the dna of the Minchin estate. Perfect with sole aiguillettes. Also great as an aperitif, with oysters or goat's cheese. 100% sauvignon
