Chavy-chouet: two families, two coastal villages, united by a 7-generation love of the land. After 6 years at the Lycée Viticole and a wealth of experience in viticulture and winemaking around the world, Romaric has given the estate a new face. Alone at the helm since 2006, he watches over the 15 hectares of vines with the utmost care. Proud of his roots, he oscillates between rigor, tradition and innovation. romaric chavy's dedication to the cultivation of his vines is unwavering. His golden rule? Spare no expense to produce great wines. Day after day, season after season, his every move is guided by the ultimate quest for quality. This ambition forces the winemaker to be extremely attentive and careful with the vines, going over and over each vine up to 12 times in a year. The estate's ecological drive is reflected in daily but moderate ploughing, which has replaced herbicides for over 30 years. Appearance

Gold-green, serene yellow.

Aroma

Toasted almond and hazelnut in a vegetal, floral and mineral environment. Butter, honey and citrus also appeal to the nose.
