MUSCAT SEC, one of the finest wines in the "Les Jamelles" range: aromatic, rich, with intense scents of peach and lavender. Classic white vinification. Early harvest, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control (15 to 18°C). Any risk of oxidation is avoided. Aged a few months in vats on fine lees. No malolactic fermentation.
