Ondulation is a gourmet white wine, ideal for white meats, vegetables and oily fish. The nose draws on chestnut and woody aromas; the palate is round, full and expressive, with a long finish and a buttery note. 100% gros manseng. In conversion to organic farming, hand-picked in crates, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, cold-stored, aged in new oak barrels, clay-limestone soils.
