Our young Viognier vines planted all around Château Fonsalade recall the deep origins of the estate, which takes its name from the Fonsalade lieudit, "Funt Salat" in old Occitan, meaning "salt water spring"! You'll find these saline notes on the finish! This wine makes your mouth water, and you'll keep coming back for more!
