Assembly : Merlot (40%), Cabernet Franc (40%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%). vinification : harvested by hand, grapes are sorted in the winery, vatting lasts between 3 and 4 weeks, ageing lasts between 15 and 22 months in 100% new barrels. TASTING : a classic petit figeac, well-structured, well-constituted, spicy, charming, already delicious to drink. We like the ruby color of this 2012 petit figeac, as well as its nose, which combines accents of cedar, blackcurrant and spices.
