This Pinot Gris comes from the early slopes of Katzenthal, with south-facing granite soils. There are also some very old vines, over 50 years old, from the plain terroirs.

Golden yellow colour with golden highlights. Fine, elegant tears with a medium disk.

Notes of white fruit, yellow fruit and salty spices. Beautiful elegance.
