From an exceptional terroir and carefully cultivated vines, this wine was selected to join the prestigious Cave Historique des Hospices de Strasbourg. After controlled vinification and 8 months' ageing in oak barrels, it was bottled on site, following a double tasting to guarantee a level of excellence and tradition.
