The Quincy vineyards stretch along the left bank of the Cher river, not far from Bourges. Wine-growing plateaus at an altitude of 125 m, covered with ancient sands and gravels, form part of a landscape with hardly any relief. Quincy produces white wines from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, distinguished by their fresh, delicate aromas.
