In a few words ...
You can't invent a terroir wine. Our Pécharmant had to have class and panache. It's the standard-bearer of our region, and its taste can't be invented. Powerful, rebellious and generous, we go with the wine, we don't invent it! 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Sustainable viticulture, manual harvesting, frequent punching of the cap, use of selected yeasts, malolactic fermentation, ageing in oak barrels, clay-gravel soils, siliceous soils (sand, gravel...).
"Un nez flatteur, chaleureux avec finesse, sur les fruits rouges mûrs ; une bouche à l'unisson, ample et douce sans lourdeur, teintée d'un léger grillé hérité d'un court séjour (3 mois) en fût : un pécharmant riche et harmonieux."
