This delicious rum, aged for 6 years in a tropical climate, has the particularity of having been matured in two types of cask: cognac and bourbon. This blend gives it a unique character. Like all the other pure cane juice rums from the de labourdonnais estate, xo is unfiltered to allow it to retain all its aromas. carefully selected by dassa thancanamoothoo, cellar master at the de labourdonnais distillery, with the help of oenologist and master blender alexander oxenham. This ultra-limited edition, to be bottled in September 2021, takes us straight back to a holiday under the tropical sun.
