This Riesling is a blend of Katzenthal's famous two-mica granite terroirs. There are old Riesling vines (> 40 years old) facing north, and young vines from the Wineck Schlossberg (< 20 years old).

Golden yellow with white gold highlights. Beautiful tears and fine disk.

Notes of white flowers, citrus and white fruit with a hint of spice.
