Champagne Lavergne is made from grapes grown in the vineyards surrounding the hamlet of Talus Saint-Prix in southern Champagne. A solid base of Pinot Noir 82% with a touch of Pinot Meunier 18%. This is a mealtime wine that can accompany umami-rich dishes as well as desserts.

A wonderful surprise.
Not a big fan of rosé champagne in general, but this one really surprised me with its complexity. It goes equally well with fish or dessert. Where many rosés are too sweet, this one is perfectly balanced and quite remarkable.

I love this rosé, which isn't strawberry Tagada champagne, but rather complex. With a white river fish, the marriage was exquisite: pike-perch fillet with two drops of champagne to finish the sauce, just perfect! Thank you

We don't normally go for rosé. We discovered Champagne Lavergne as a fine meal wine for delicate cuisines like Japanese. Well done!
