Cuvée Saint-Clément, named after the mountain overlooking the Trians vineyards, is made from the single grape variety Rolle - a typical Mediterranean variety. A white wine of the terroir, but above all of gastronomy, delicate notes of peach and white flowers emerge from the bouquet. You'll also be able to smell vanilla and toasted bread aromas, linked to 6 months' barrel ageing on lees to sublimate the final product. All in all, a gourmet delight!

Appearance
The golden-yellow color, with light reflections, is particularly luminous.
Aroma
Gradually, candied white fruits are revealed, along with floral and lactic notes on a vanilla background. With aeration, the expression becomes more nuanced, suggesting citrus and oak.

The attack on the palate is intense, fresh and fleshy. This beautiful consistency is enveloped in a lovely vanilla woodiness. The texture is tender and generous, almost unctuous. The finish is powerful.
