Assembly : syrah / grenache vinification : grapes are 100% destemmed. Vinification takes place in closed tanks for approximately 15 days. part of the wine is aged in oak barrels (30%) to give it a woody note, while the other part is kept in vats to preserve the fruity aromas. these wines are racked regularly to allow natural stabilization of their components. the "saint esprit" cuvée is bottled after blending and light filtration. TASTING : deep color with violet highlights. On the nose, the varied aromas of Syrah predominate: red fruits, violets, licorice. On the palate, its roundness, fullness and finesse make it unique in its category.

The appellation Côtes-du-Rhône is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include Maison Delas and its 48 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
