WINE CHARACTERISTICS With a pale yellow hue overlaid with green, Saint-Romain has a fairly strong bouquet. bouquet of white flowers, toast, ripe yellow fruit (mirabelle plum, vine peach) and light honey and light honey when sufficiently mature. They are lively on the palate that time cushions, revealing a good mellowness.
