Domaine des Roches Neuves's Saumur Champigny cuvée is made from Cabernet-franc grapes. This wine is aged in stainless steel and wooden vats on fine lees without sulfur for three to four months, to preserve all the freshness of this cuvée. A fruity, fresh wine that develops great aromatic purity with aeration.

Appearance
It's in a medium red/ruby, almost limpid livery that it offers itself to us. Brilliant, luminous.
Aroma
The nose is divided between red and black fruits.

L’attaque est franche et droite. Le fruité est légèrement écrasé et donne beaucoup de jus dans lequel le rouge domine mais le noir n’est pas absent. L’acidité est présente, elle donne de l’ampleur, de la Profondeur.
