VINIFICATION Hand-picked. The grapes are carefully transported in plastic crates. Destemming. Grapes are transferred to fermentation tanks. Each grape variety is vinified separately to preserve its individual character. Pellicular maceration with temperature control (maximum 28ºC) for 10-15 days.
