Clear, limpid rosé. Fruity nose with aromas of strawberries and raspberries. Balanced on the palate, rich and fresh, with a persistent, elegant and fruity finish. Maceration lasts 15 hours and is accompanied by pumping-over of the must to obtain the characteristic pinkish color from the red Tempranillo grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 16°c for 10 days. The wine is then quickly bottled and released for sale, so that it arrives fresh and young on the market. Bodegas roqueta is a family business founded in 1898 by ramon roqueta. The current owner is valentin roqueta, representing the fourth generation. The estate is located in Catalonia and owns 130 ha of vines. Roqueta also owns 600 ha in tierra de castilla, where this wine is carefully cultivated.
