Aroma
Nez Islay, à n’en pas douter. Notes précise de bâton de réglisse. Cendré, feu de cheminé. Il devient très médicinal, clou de girofle. Le kiln à tourbe et l’orge maltée grillée. Note de vernis. Goudron chaud.
Taste
Bouche concentré de tourbe ! Tour à tour le goudron, le fuel, le camphre, l’eucalyptus, le menthol. Évoque le pneu chaud. Finale persistante sur l’asphalte encore chaude, note végétale.
