MELENN pastis is an organic, artisanal aperitif offering a unique taste experience. It is made from a perfectly balanced blend of star anise and fennel, two aromatic plants traditionally used to make pastis. MELENN's natural coloring is obtained through licorice maceration, a technique that preserves the flavors and aromas of each ingredient. Thanks to this method, MELENN pastis has a warm amber color that invites tasting. MELENN is a sugar-free aperitif with no additives, giving it incomparable purity of taste. It is distinguished from other pastis by its subtle, delicate taste, reminiscent of the aniseed and herbaceous notes of the plants that make it up. To fully appreciate MELENN, we recommend diluting it in 4 to 6 volumes of fresh water, according to your preference.
